For 2025, it is equipped with a newly designed SOHC cylinder head, improved clutch and gearbox, and the latest electronic fuel injection. The 2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA debuts a new radiator concept. With two independent radiators instead of a single one, it dramatically improves cooling efficiency. This also provides the benefit of having a spare radiator in case one is damaged.
The 2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA has a generous 35-liter fuel tank. It also features two separate fuel tanks, 9 liters at the front and a 16-liter tank at the rear, controlled by two separate fuel pumps, which can be accessed independently and activated to supply fuel either from the rear tank or the front tank. This functions as a backup system and an additional means to monitor fuel levels.
Maximum stability. The new 23 mm offset with CNC triple clamps and rally-specific design ensures optimal rigidity and precise handling when riding through the desert. The new navigation tower, made from extra-lightweight carbon fiber, is well-protected behind the bodywork with a new narrower dashboard. This significantly improves aerodynamics, reduces turbulence, and reduces the stress felt by the rider when covering high-speed distances. The warning lights are now fully integrated and illuminate when the front or rear fuel reserve is activated.
The 2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is equipped with the latest WP PRO components at both ends. At the front, the 48 mm WP XACT PRO 7548 fork with a closed cartridge features sophisticated Cone Valve technology with incredible damping performance. The fully adjustable WP XACT PRO 7750 shock absorber handles the rear. The suspension components offer full adjustability, improved damping, and higher reserves for ultimate stability.
The new hydroformed frame, manually welded and laser-cut, forms the backbone of the 2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA. Built with precisely calculated longitudinal and torsional flex parameters, the frame offers exceptional feedback to the rider, energy absorption, and straight-line stability, all of which are crucial for rally racing. To achieve this, the rotating mass, forged steering connection, and most of the frame tubes have been completely repositioned, along with the wall thickness of the tube, for maximum reliability and specific rigidity in high-stress areas. The frame is finished with a durable and attractive coating, while the 16-liter rear tank doubles as the subframe.
The die-cast aluminum swingarm is built for optimal rigidity and reliability with the lowest possible weight. The topology has also been updated for optimal rigidity. This works together with the proven system and fully adjustable shock absorber, giving the rider confidence when riding in any conditions. It also means maximum traction during acceleration and increased resistance for stability and safety.
Brembo components guarantee total performance and braking reliability. The 300 mm front and 240 mm rear discs deliver superior stopping power and overall control, inspiring confidence in all conditions.
The reliable electric start and lightweight 4.5 Ah Li-Ion battery handle the starting procedures of the 2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA. Weighing much less than a conventional lead battery, the Li-Ion battery provides reliable power to the electronic systems and an easy start, especially in low temperatures.
