KTM Roars Ahead: KTM 990 RC R Domination

KTM has announced that the KTM 990 RC R motorcycle will roll off the Mattighofen production line at the beginning of 2025. The model asserts itself through a Supersport personality, but will be homologated for street use. 

The new development embodies the combination of top Austrian engineering with racing DNA, offering unmatched performance while simultaneously embracing the practical demands of the road. A motorcycle that instantly satisfies the desires of orange racing-oriented enthusiasts and those who want to maintain their adrenaline with a street motorcycle with an exceptional capacity.

The KTM 990 RC R will excite all enthusiasts with its street-legal model, but its racing DNA will be revealed in 2024. The prototype will appear as a wildcard entry in non-scoring outings in certain European Supersport series, sparking anticipation among the the fans. KTM believes in developing this new model from its paddock in the most READY TO RACE way possible.
